I really enjoyed this event - Dave and Simon were friendly and made sure we felt safe. Teh equipment was excellent and the bikes looked great. The ride was wonderful...

Self Hypnosis Workshop - Sept 2009
Just wanted to say that this was an absolutely fantastic event. For those interested in how to increase wellbeing and manage stress, we got a lot of excellent hands on tools to use.....Alan is so professional and just such a lovely person and I felt it was money very well spent! Thank you.

Vocal Virgins Workshop - Aug 2009
Just wanted to let you know what a great time I had at the Vocal Virgins Workshop this afternoon. Matthew Jones was very enthusiastic, a great teacher and he made it really fun. Most of us were nervous before we started, but within an hour and a half we were all singing along in harmony, and we really did sound good. Hope that you will be running more workshops in the future.

Skiing Level 2 January 2008
Hi, I am a new member and todays skiing lesson was my first 'booked' activity. I just wanted to let you know it was brilliant. I left with a big smile on my face. The instrucor Paul was nice, friendly, patient and highly skilled. I thought the lesson was good value for money and great fun. All the fellow 'Spicers' I met were really nice and friendly and I was relieved to find I felt I 'belonged' with these people. Definately the club for me and now I know I made the right decision to join.

Guided Walk
Just to say I have now done two of these with Alan and they are great. He keeps checking and ensures all are in the group and how we are doing. Chooses good pubs (one today perfect in the sun on the lock) and it’s great to meet new people as always.

Norfolk Weekend

Mountain Biking
Last weekend I went on the mountain biking in the Quantocks and it was an enjoyable weekend. Fast Track is a very well organised outfit, Darren was a friendly and knowledgeable guide, the food was excellent and the accommodation well suited to the weekend.
I’m glad this one was in the bulletin; I’d never of thought about mountain biking in the Quantocks otherwise..

Tennis Weekend for Beginners
Really enjoyed last weekend. Quiz was great fun.
...thanks for a great weekend, it was a really good laugh and I think my tennis improved too. It’s definitely inspired me to play some more tennis in the forthcoming weeks........

Once again thank you so much for organising such a great programme last weekend. I really had a great time and came home feeling very inspired. I’m going to play some social tennis with coaching this week at the squash and tennis club where I play squash. They seem to have a few events on for new players like myself so I’m determined to give it a try.

A Day with Birds of Prey
Just a note to say how much I enjoyed this event. Roger who ran it was very knowledgeable and it was well organised. Food was good too! Also not forgetting ‘the boys’, Keith and Kevin, were great company. Definitely one to recommend..

Birds of Prey day
absolutely marvellous day out and definitely worth the money.
Lots of interesting info on all of the different types of bids and plenty of 1 on 1 with the birds too. The staff were so very helpful and Roger the guide/instructor was excellent.
The food in the restaurant was good with a reasonable selection from the menu.
Thoroughly enjoyed it.
