The 'Wheel of Life' is fascinating and not only helps you plan your life, it's something you can easily do with friends and family.   I can't wait to go to test it out on my friends!!
 
Not only was this a brilliant workshop but we were also very well looked after by Paula's friend Diane, who made sure we had a steady supply of tea and biscuits.
