For midweek and one day events (except theatre and concerts
which are non-refundable unless you are replaced) providing
you give us more than FIVE FULL WORKING DAYS notice (Monday to Friday),
you will receive a full refund less a £3 cancellation fee (except where stated
in the newsletter event description).
For
overnight events and events costing more than £100 (but excluding overseas
trips) providing you give us more than FIFTEEN FULL WORKING DAYS notice (Monday
to Friday), you will receive a full refund less a £15 cancellation fee (except
where stated in the newsletter event description).
For Holidays (i.e. more than 3 nights away) and Overseas
trips cancellation is as
per the Terms and Conditions of the Supplier, as supplied with Holiday
Information Packs. Cancellation can
only be accepted in writing.
Where cancellation is received within the cancellation
period prior to an event you will lose all monies paid (and you will also be
liable for any balance) when we cannot replace you. If you simply do not turn up for an event without contacting us
(24 hour ansaphone) you will automatically forfeit any money paid, and will be
liable for any balance.
Should Spice cancel any event you will be issued with
a full refund.
If you pay by credit card a refund will automatically go
back on your credit card for amounts exceeding £25. For amounts less than £25 a credit note will issued be to
you If you pay by cheque a cheque
refund will be issued. Credit notes
can be used on our online booking system as payment for events or they can be
returned to the office for a refund or as payment for events. Credit Notes cannot be used for Spice UK
National events or with other Spice Groups.
Obviously it always helps us if you give us as much notice
as possible. Our policy is that
wherever possible we will always issue a refund
